Lingnania chungii preliminary study on extraction technology of flavonoids from bamboo leaves

ompared with some solvent on powder of bamboo leaves flavonoids extraction and study on concentration, temperature, solvent extraction, solid-liquid ratio and other factors influence on the extraction of flavonoids. Tests show that bamboo optimum extracting conditions of flavonoids from bamboo leaves in powder form as: acetone concentrations 40%, 2 h, 1:20 solid-liquid ratio, temperature of 60 degrees centigrade. The size of the various factors influencing the extraction of bamboo leaf flavones were: acetone concentration of solid-liquid ratio temperature. Soxhlet extraction rate of flavonoids obtained higher than extraction. Natural drying rate of bamboo leaves extract than freeze drying rate of bamboo leaves extract.
